Adebayo Adeleke is a renowned supply chain, geopolitics, and leadership expert. His profound knowledge and expertise in the fields of Emerging markets, Risk Management and Security, Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Leadership and Geopolitics, Diversity and Inclusion, have birthed process improvement and impact for several organisations.
A seasoned combat veteran of the United States Army with 20 years of service, he serves as the president and CEO of Adebayo Adeleke LLC (AA LLC), a leading advisory and training services in supply chain management, governmental services/contracting, and leadership firm.
He presently partners with Facebook and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) to provide thought leadership on Diversity and Inclusion Consciousness in Supply Chain Management.

Izin Akioya is a multidisciplinary consultant, marketing expert, innovator, entrepreneur, and co-founder at Ship Africa Global Logistics, a global trade focused logistics’ technology company. Before founding SAG Logistics, she led high-impact and award winning marketing campaigns, retail/distribution teams and country wide advocacy and policy influence campaigns for the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, British American Tobacco, Leo Burnett, Nestle Nigeria amongst other regional and indigenous brands. Her expertise cuts across program design, business strategy, product development/management, and marketing and start-up leadership attained over a 20 year multi-sectoral career.
